The project

A Seattle Craftsman, expanded and restored

Reworked gable ends to create vaulted ceilings with exposed collar ties, reworked the primary suite bathroom with classic tile design, finishes and a steam shower, expanded the walk-in closet and added custom built-ins, added separately-zoned, ducted air conditioning for the upstairs with concealed line-sets to retain the exterior facade, and rebuilt both porches utilizing ipe hardwood, colored concrete top caps, and the original porches reclaimed bricks.
